RECON is Ti Training's family of simulators for police agencies. It brings together video scenarios that branch according to the officer's decisions, to train use of force, de-escalation, crisis intervention and active shooter response.

Why train with simulation
The manufacturer states a cost per shot under 0.02 US dollars with CO₂ recoil devices, in addition to savings on cartridges, sprays and impact munitions. A system that starts small and scales avoids overspending from the beginning.

What is a use-of-force simulator?
It is a system that projects video scenarios so the officer decides and acts, from dialogue to use of force, and then reviews their performance with the instructor.
