FAQ
Questions about shooting range repair
Can you repair a range not installed by RGM Advanced?
Yes. We run an assessment to learn which equipment is installed and tell you what can be repaired and what should be replaced.
What should I do if a target breaks down?
Stop using that lane, note what it does (will not turn, will not move, stops at a certain distance) and report it on WhatsApp or through the form.
Is it safe to keep using a range with a damaged trap or baffles?
It is not recommended. Those elements contain the projectiles; until they are inspected, close the affected lane.
How long does a repair take?
It depends on the failure and the parts. After the diagnosis we include the estimated time in the quote.
Can you replace old equipment with new?
Yes. If a repair does not make sense, we propose a replacement or a modernization of the system.
