Opening of a Virtual Shooting Training Center in Mexico City

The official opening was led by Dr. Ulises Lara López, General Coordinator of Territorial Investigation (standing in for the head of the Attorney General's Office), who stressed that this technology is essential to strengthening the rule of law and respect for human rights.
